    Good Morning!

    My Mother (she can’t speak English) going to India, Hyderabad. from the Netherlands.
    we book a Qatar flight initially we expect it reaches by HMI at 2 AM. But it reached 1 hour before.
    We book wheelchair Assistance for her as she can’t Speak English. She had a connecting flight to Hyderabad at Hamad International Airport.
    Due to an Airport staff delay, she couldn’t catch her flight and just missed it.
    I am very much upset about this and worried for her. she couldn’t speak English and her Phone is also not reachable.
    She has to reach Hyderabad safely.
    I am panicky and upset about this situation. I request HMI staff to provide her facility on the next flight to Hyderabad and provide her Accommodation till the next flight.

    I heard great about HMI. I thought she could reach India safely. This situation makes us Panicked. I am worried about how she could deal with this.
    I am very much upset with this situation. I regret this inconvenience.
