    IT HAS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS SINCE MY LUGGAGE WAS LOST OR MISS-ROUTED:

    I have never flown Qatar Airways; and I may never fly this airline again due to the lack of concern for my luggage that has been lost since 29 Jun 2022 when checked at JFK NY. The information provided above should help you find it, need your help. We went from the beginning of the trip from Washington DC on a combination of business and pleasure having to buy clothes and everything in order to meet our commitments an extortionary expense to get to Barcelona, Spain. The cascading flight cancellations probably contributed to the issues, but there is no excuse for this length of time without even an e-mail.

    Impossible to contact Customer Services and speak to anyone with regards a lost piece of luggage from Heathrow to Entebbe via Doha. Online service not helpful at all. Won’t be using Qatar Airways again.

    The services of Qatar Airways is very appalling, both at the airport and on the flight. The website is not friendly at all. It shows you can do a number of things but non of them can be done successfully. it is very terrible.

    If the airline is DREAMING of become a giant like Emirates Airline, then they better improve on the quality of their services. I will only use Qatar when the price is really cheap because it is a cheap airline.

    My All 7 bags are missing including 5 big trolleys and 2 small which has just my one month old kid’s all items which is necessary.pathetic response we got it from ahemdabad airport they kept us waiting for almost two hours just in search of bags and everything they were seeing that we have our just new born kid.kindly do something ASAP.

    Qatar proudly displays on its website that tickets will be fully refunded. I requested a refund 2 months ago, but have not received a full refund. I was told I had to get the refund from the travel agent I originally booked the ticket through, but that travel agent went bankrupt in 2020, so I cannot get my refund from them. If I call Qatar “customer service”, they tell me to write instead. I have written numerus times to Qatar explaining the situation, but no one ever replies. It’s shockingly poor service! Shame on you Qatar.

    i lost my luggage two days ago and no one in Qatar can tell me of its whereabouts! its really a shame that an airline like qatar does not know how to handle cargo!

    There is no one I can call and I am getting when i track my luggage is a message that it is delayed. Delayed for two days???

    Dear Qatar Airways
    My wife Bronwenrecently flew to England to care for her sick mother. She had booked a return fair from Heathrow to Perth Western Australia. Unfortunately her mother passed away, so my wife extended her stay and booked a return flight at a later date(details attached). Caring for her mother and then arranging her funeral etc, had left my wife exhausted , so she decided to upgrade her return flight to Business Class so she would be more comfortable. At Heathrow she asked the staff at the Qatar Airlines desk if Business Class seats were available for her flight, they confirmed they were. My wife then asked for the upgrade. She was then told that because she had changed the ticket for her departure date that they could not do the upgrade even though seats were available. My wife explained her circumstances, but the lady desk clerk would not do the upgrade and was generally not helpful.
    My wife was then charged USD $960 for her excess baggage(she had brought the baggage she would have been allowed if she flew business class). We are frequent travellers to the UK and usually fly Emirates, we thought on this occasion to try Qatar Airways. Frankly my wife was not treated fairly by your airline staff at Heathrow Airport, we are both very disappointed. We are seeking reimbursement of the USD $960, as seats were available on this flight, my wife was prepared to pay for the upgrade and your booking system would not allow this to happen.
    Qatar Airways has a very good reputation worldwide and I hope this incident can be put right by your company

    This is the reply I sent on your “how was your flight” survey. As mentioned, it was the WORST flight experience in my 40+ years of flying. I’m not sure how you’re getting these “awards” but it’s definitely not based on comments from your economy fares, if they’re being honest. This survey way for just half my trip. Me and my family’s return flight is Jun 14, 2022, from Cebu back to Houston and I do NOT want to travel like that again, it was worse than any packed, crammed, hot, crap food charter flight I had to take while in the military. YES, it was that bad and worse as NO one ever vomited on the charter flights, but at least 3 did on my, just from my view point! FIX THIS NOW, IT WAS HORRIBLE! I EXPECT MY FAMILY TO BE UPGRADED TO BUSINESS OR ABOVE JUST TO COME CLOSE REPAIRING THIS DAMAGE! I’VE BEEN SICK FOR 3 DAYS DUE TO YOUR FOOD IN HOUSTON OR DOHA, SOME OF IT WAS POISONED OR INTENTIONALLY SERVICE ROTTEN!

    I am not uncertain, I am CERTAIN, I would never recommend this airline again! Wow! I bought my tickets months and anticipated a GREAT trip with my wife and two daughters. Qatar Airways, you need to READ this…I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF EVERYTHING ON BOARD! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? YOU USED TO BE THE BEST AND NOW, BOTH FLIGHTS FROM HOUSTON TO DOHA AND DOHA TO CEBU WERE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! CONTAMINATED FOO, PEOPLE THROWING UP ON BOARD, IN THE GALLEY FROM HOUSTON TO DOHA…BATHROOMS BROKE, NOT JUST FILTHY AS THEY WERE BUT THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AND NOW EVERYONE IN ECONOMY LOST 2 OF THE 4 BATHROOMS! WTF IS GOING ON WITH YOUR PLANES AND MAINTENANCE AND CREW?! I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE FOOD! I EVEN HAD THE LOW SALT MEAL, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND MY WIFE HAD THE REGULAR MEAL WITH WAS STRINGY BEEF-JERKY TYPE MEAT AND SOME SORT OF CONTAMINATED SIDE CRAP DISHES! YOU’RE GETTING READY FOR THE WORLD CUP AND I COULD NOT BE MORE DISGUSTED WITH EVERYTHING ON BOARD. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WAKING US FOR A NICE MID MORNING SNACK? NO! AGAIN, SOME SORT OF CARDBARD (STUCK TO THE FOOD) BREAKFAST DOUGH CRAP THAT YOU NOT NOT EVER, EVER SERVE TO ANYONE IN BUSINESS OR FIRST CLASS OR TO A MUSLIM PASSENGER! YOU’RE TREATING ECONOMY FARES, THE BULK OF YOUR FARES LIKE TRASH. LET THEM EAT TRASH, LET THEM VOMIT ON BOARD (AT LEAST 3 VOMITING PEOPLE ON BOARD INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER), BROKEN RESTROOMS, AND JUST OVERALL DISGUSTING SERVICE. I LANDED IN CEBU AND HAVE BEEN SICK, FROM YOUR FOOD, NOTHING ELSE, FOR 3 DAYS. SOMEONE, FROM YOUR SERVICE CREWS POISONED OR INTENTIONALLY SERVED ROTTEN FOOD IN HOUSTON AND DOHA. I HAVE A RETURN FLIGHT ON JUNE 14TH AND I AM HOPING AND PRAYING YOU EITHER UPGRADE ALL FOR OF US TO BUSINESS CLASS AS YOU SHOULD TO REPAY US FOR THESE HORROR FLIGHTS, OR THAT YOU CANCEL THESE FLIGHTS SO I HAVE REBOOK WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE!     One more thing…it seems that it’s acceptable for personnel to lie to the passengers at every turn. My family and I were lied to about everything, including quality service, quality food, quality airplane, quality bathrooms on the flight and everything else. PLUS, as a family we had a stroller that was checked all the way through to Cebu. UNACCEPTABLE as were were told we “got free strollers in Doha for our 8-hour layover” which was not true at all. NO free strollers, NO strollers at all, anywhere, yet every QA personnel told us “yes, just keep walking, free strollers are up there.” What kind of crap is that? I had to carry my daughter for 8-hours when she could have slept 6 hours in her stroller! That’s f’ing ridiculous and very unhealthy for my daughter. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW, BEFORE MY RETURN FLIGHT AND IT NEEDS TO BE A QUALITY AIRLINE FIX FOR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!

    With reference to above, I have noticed the seats on COK-DOH & DOH-COK sectors were different than what I selected. My requirement would be two seats next to each other whereas the booking confirmation has 16A & 16E instead of 16A & 16B (COK-DOH on 20th Akpril). Similarly DOH-COK on 25th April) was also showing 16A & 16B instead of 16A & 16B. Request ymarkou to change it and confirm to me at the earliest.
