In South Africa, Qatar Airways has a single office in Johannesburg, through which it offers all its South African customers local service, thanks to a team of dedicated customer relations experts who are able to handle passenger requests, whether regarding reservations, complaints, refunds, requests for special assistance, requests for assistance for pregnant women, passengers with reduced mobility, or unaccompanied minors, or information on the Privilege Club loyalty program.
