Qatar Airways to launch AI-powered booking agent

Qatar Airways plans to mark a turning point in the field of online flight booking with the launch of a booking tool based on Artificial Intelligence. It is an autonomous agent capable of performing concrete tasks in place of travelers including booking airline tickets and holiday packages offered by Qatar Airways.

A digital assistant with unprecedented capabilities

This tool is in addition to SAMA – Virtual Flight Attendant launched by Qatar Airways. The new assistant should be accessible to Qatar Airways customers in the coming months. The new feature “can support the booking of flights offered by the Qatari company according to the data using voice input, knowing that its role is not limited to that, but can also support the choice of meals, seat reservations and the various special services provided by Qatar Airways.
