During the ITB Berlin show, which takes place from March 5 to 7, 2024 in the German capital, Qatar Airways unveils its latest innovation: Sama 2.0, a virtual hostess developed in partnership with UneeQ. This presentation is part of the airline’s active participation in this major tourism and travel event.

Sama 2.0, proudly displayed on the Qatar Airways stand, offers visitors to the show a unique interactive experience. Thanks to this virtual assistant, participants have the opportunity to initiate a conversation and receive information in an intuitive and innovative way.

The Qatari carrier highlights the exceptional capabilities of Sama 2.0, including its integration with the QVerse digital platform. This technological advance follows the company’s initiative to immerse itself in the metaverse, offering its passengers the opportunity to discover the Business cabins of its planes assisted by a metahuman crew. Such an innovation allows not only to virtually explore the interior of the aircraft but also to walk around Doha Hamad Airport, the main hub of Qatar Airways, offering total immersion in the world of the company.
