Qatar Airways adjusts its flight program between Doha and Jakarta
Qatar Airways, the airline based in Doha, announced a reduction in the frequency of its flights to Jakarta due to an early drop in demand during the winter season. From February 2 until March 28, 2025, the number of weekly flights will increase from 21 to 18.
The Qatar Airways press release specifies that this temporary reduction is a cautious measure to align the offer on passenger traffic forecasts.
The new adjusted schedule will introduce significant changes to departures from Hamad International Airport. Passengers will be able to choose from the following hours:
– Daily departures at 02:40 am and 08:55 am.
– Additional departures at 6:35 p.m. and 07:05 am on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
For return flights from Jakarta-Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the schedules will be:
– Daily departures at 5:00 a.m. and 6:10 p.m.
– Departures at 8:35 am on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Despite the reduction in the number of frequencies, Qatar Airways will maintain the use of its Airbus A350-900 for these links. This device, renowned for its comfort and performance, is configured in two classes: economical and business. Travelers will continue to benefit from high service standards and comfort for which Qatar Airways is recognized worldwide.
