Qatar Airways seals alliance with Japan Airlines Cargo

Qatar Airways announced that it has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Japan Airlines to expand their cargo services, logistics and freight routes.

This alliance is part of the two airlines’ commitment to the logistics hubs of both countries (Qatar and Japan) as a cargo transit point for East Asia, the Middle East and beyond.

The Cargo divisions of both airlines are leaders in providing comprehensive solutions that use the latest technologies and innovations to improve visibility of shipments, assets, business operations for individuals and businesses, and work processes in the freight industry, leveraging their powerful fleets of a total of 25 aircraft dedicated to the transport of cargo and freight, of all types and sizes.

As two leading companies in cargo transportation in Asia, this agreement will allow them to contribute to the continuous improvement of their cargo service and the expansion of their offers from two hubs: Doha-Hamad and Tokyo-Narita.

Noting that this partnership agreement comes in addition to another alliance recently signed by Qatar Airways with another leader: MASkargo.
