Qatar Executive provides Starlink broadband connection on board its jets

After introducing the Starlink service on board its commercial flights, Qatar Executive wants to take the travel experience on its charter flights to another level by launching the ultra-fast Wi-Fi via Elon Musk’s Starlink on its flights operated by Private Jet.

Qatar Executive’s fleet of Gulfstream G650ER, made up of fifteen jets, will gradually benefit from this service which will allow passengers to live a travel experience of another dimension, by having access to a high-speed connection of up to 350 megabite/seccode, allowing them to watch live events, football matches, etc. while enjoying the luxury of the private jet.

According to Engineer Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, CEO of Qatar Airways Group “Initially, Qatar Executive will install this service on 5 Gulfstream G650ER aircraft by May 2025.

Qatar Executive is the business aviation arm of Qatar Airways. Its jets can take two cabin configurations and accommodate up to thirteen passengers. They are equipped with seven fully flat-bed seats and a three-seater sofa manufactured by the luxury brand Loro Piana.
